REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We offer return within the first 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only assessable refunds are granted:

- Book with obvious signs of use

- JEWELERY AND HOME DECORATIVE MATERIALS with even slightest sign of use or put in display.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Exchange or replacement product will be delivered with in 10 days
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will be automatically applied t original method of payment within a 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
No unnecessary exchange is entertained for the same item until and unless the item is found defective – for that you need to give us a video of the item being unpacked . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item
Exchange is also possible if upgradation is done for valuable items.
Shipping Policy
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are Delivered within 7 -14 days from the date of the order and the payment made or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable
