Product Terms & Conditions

These Product Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Dipsy Dazzlers (“Company”). By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms, which are governed by applicable Indian laws, including provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other relevant regulations.

1. Pricing and Market Fluctuations

All prices quoted are indicative and subject to fluctuation due to daily changes in gold rates. The final payable amount shall be determined at the time of order confirmation. The Company shall not be held liable for any variation arising due to market changes beyond its control.

2. Customisation and Customer Approval

All customised jewellery orders are made specifically as per customer requirements. Once a design, weight, or specification is approved and the order is confirmed, the same shall be treated as final. Cancellation or modification post-confirmation may not be permitted or may attract applicable charges.

3. Purity, Hallmarking, and Certification

All gold articles supplied shall be BIS Hallmarked in accordance with Indian regulatory standards. Diamonds shall be certified by recognized international diamond grading laboratories. Any dispute regarding authenticity must be supported by a valid independent laboratory report.

4. Diamonds and Buyback Policy

An 80% money-back guarantee is applicable only on natural diamonds, subject to verification, original invoice production, and product condition. The Company reserves the right to evaluate and determine the applicable buyback value based on prevailing conditions.

5. Gemstones and Substitutions

Colored stones may consist of natural gemstones subject to availability. Where unavailable, Cubic Zirconia (CZ) or American diamonds may be used. The cost of natural gemstones shall be charged additionally and will not be included in base estimates unless explicitly stated.

6. Customer Declaration and Misuse

The Customer agrees to provide accurate and truthful information while placing orders. Any attempt to commit fraud, misrepresentation, chargeback abuse, or misuse of services shall be treated as an offence under applicable provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and may result in legal action, including civil and criminal liability.

7. Exchange and Upgrade

Exchange or upgrade of jewellery is subject to product evaluation and company policy at the time of request. The Company reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any exchange request.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the invoice value of the product.

9. Transparency Clause

The Company ensures full transparency in pricing, including gold weight, making charges, and stone costs. Customers are encouraged to review all details prior to confirming the order.

10. Lifetime Maintenance

Lifetime maintenance services, including cleaning and minor repairs, are provided subject to reasonable use. Damages due to misuse, accidents, or third-party handling are excluded.

11. Jurisdiction and Legal Enforcement

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India. Any violation of these terms may invoke legal remedies under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Indian Penal Code (where applicable), and other governing laws.
